The Thanksgiving holiday is almost over so it's time to think about getting those Christmas cards written and sent before December 25 arrives!
This year I decided to make my Christmas cards using one stamp with embossing powder. This project is very simple to make and fairly quick to complete.
Supplies:
Peace Stamp
Gold Embossing Powder
Desert Cross Paper (8.5 x 11)Desert Sand Paper (8.5 x 11)
Versamark Ink Pad
Heat Gun
Corner Punch
Instructions:
Fold the Sandy Cross card stock in half and to make the 4.25
x 5.5 folder. Cut the Sandy Shore card stock ½ inch smaller than the folder
(this allows the Sandy Cross paper to be the border). Use the corner punch on the Sandy Shore paper
to round each corner. If you don’t have the corner punch, either leave the
corners square or round the corners with scissors. Cut Stamp the Peace stamp
onto the Versamark ink pad and then onto the Sandy Shore paper. Sprinkle with gold embossing powder and dry
with heat gun.
Fast and easy, yet a beautiful card that your friends will
love to receive. Happy Stamping and Merry Christmas!
